V/A - Underground Screams

This is that compilation you probably heard about. Asian Man Records compiled 26 unsigned bands and put them onto this CD. It’s a really cool idea and I give Asian Man Records credit for going out on a limb. However, most of the bands are unsigned for a reason….they’re not too good. However, there are a few needles in the haystack. 9Miles2Go, The DSC Project, Split Habit, Dead Letter Dept., Charlie Brown Gets A Valentine, Resident Weirdo, The Common Place, and The Arcade Version are all pretty good bands that show some potential. However the other bands are mostly spacey and not very good or crappy ska bands. So check it out for yourself. You might find a band that you fall in love with.
