Movielife - Forty Hour Train Back To Penn
Man, I'm disappointed. This cd is bland, and didn't live up to any of the hype I caught wind of before the release. I guess I was expecting more This Time Next Year, and less Has A Gambling Problem. This record certainly has a darker sound, but its poppier style reflects the simplicity and repetativeness that was almost unbearable on their previous ep. There are some catchy songs on this disc, but overall its mediocre and way too short. They should have thrown out the second half of the album and waited till they wrote some better songs. Oh well, its not that good, but I'll listen to it anyways. I'd steal it or burn a copy of it if you really want to hear it. Don't waste your money till they come out with a better album.
